What is BBA's Refund policy?

BBA offers a refund minus 10% (to cover website, administration and processing fees).
The refund will a prorated credit that will be issued for the remaining weeks of the program.

Do you offer a free trial?

We don’t offer a free trial at this time, but if you sign up for a program and find within the first 1–2 weeks that it’s not a right fit, send us an email at admin@bigballersacademy.com. We’ll be happy to issue a prorated refund for the remaining weeks of the season.

What is included in the registration fees?

8 sessions per month
1 make up session

What types of programs do you offer?

We offer programs for ages 5-18 that are beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels. For more info on each program, please refer to our Programs Page.
